Customized B2B proposals sent in writing by our commercial team to partner companies are valid for the period explicitly stated in the document (typically 30 calendar days) and become binding contracts only upon signing a bilateral agreement.

In accordance with Law no. 677/2001 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data, Law no. 102/2005, and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), SC EXPERT TRAINING&MEDICAL CENTER SRL, as data controller, is obligated to manage personal data provided by clients securely and strictly for the specified purposes.

In conducting educational programs, medical examinations, and occupational safety documentation, our company processes the following personal data:
Processing of special categories of data under Art. 7(2)(a) of Law no. 677/2001 (including CNP) is carried out with the explicit and unambiguous consent of the data subject, strictly limited to cases required by national vocational qualification regulations.
- Processing is necessary for the performance of a contract or pre-contract to which the data subject is party;
- It is vital to protect the life, physical integrity, or health of the data subject (emergency medical fitness certificates);
- It is required to fulfill a legal obligation of the controller (ANC school archives, ITM/OSH registries);
- Processing is performed exclusively for statistical or research purposes, with data remaining strictly anonymous.
Purpose of Collection: Fulfilling the company's main object of activity – NACE code Other education n.e.c., providing occupational medicine services, and maintaining legal compliance records.
Data Subject Rights (Legal Guarantees)
Under applicable legislation, you hold inalienable rights regarding the management of your personal data. SC EXPERT TRAINING&MEDICAL CENTER SRL guarantees:
1. Right of Access
You have the right to obtain free of charge, once per year, confirmation of whether your data is being processed, the purpose, categories concerned, and recipients. The Provider is obligated to respond within 15 days of receiving a signed written request.
2. Right of Intervention / Rectification
You may request the rectification, updating, blocking, erasure, or anonymization of incomplete or inaccurate data. Measures taken will be notified to you within the legal 15-day timeframe.
3. Right to Object
You may object at any time, on legitimate grounds, to the processing of your data (except where mandatory for tax or judicial authorities). You may also object free of charge and without justification to data processing for direct communication or marketing.
Technical & Organizational Security Measures
SC EXPERT TRAINING&MEDICAL CENTER SRL adopts all appropriate measures to protect data against destruction, loss, alteration, or unauthorized access:
Access is strictly limited to executive management (administrator, general director, financial director) via individual account and password. After 3 failed attempts, the account locks immediately.
Every collection or editing operation is permanently logged (user, date, time, modification type, logins, and logouts).
Every 3 months, a complete secure backup copy of the database is generated and stored encrypted on isolated servers.
Workstations are housed in restricted-access rooms under video surveillance; terminals run up-to-date BitDefender Antivirus, Antispam, and Firewall solutions.
Physical archiving: Printed documents (medical files, ANC catalogs) are kept locked in a secure archive and handled only by trained personnel bound by strict confidentiality agreements.
