Enrollment File & Access Requirements

Documentation is rigorously verified by the authorization board. To avoid file rejection, ensure all documents are legible and certified true to the original upon submission.

Mandatory General Documents

Applicable to all accredited programs (Welder, Electrician, Commercial Worker, Heavy Machinery):

  • Copy of ID Card (valid on the date of the final examination).
  • Copy of Birth Certificate (accompanied by the original for verification).
  • Copy of Marriage Certificate (solely in case of a surname change).
  • Copy of Latest Study Diploma or graduation certificate with attached transcript.
* Files may also be sent in PDF format by email prior to submitting originals.

Special ISCIR & Medical Requirements

Specific to Forklift Operator and Heavy Machinery trainees under ISCIR regulations:

  • Occupational Medicine Fitness Certificate explicitly stating: "Fit to operate forklift / heavy machinery".
  • Occupational Psychological Endorsement issued by a psychologist licensed in transport/workplace safety.
  • 2 Recent 3x4 cm Photos (required for issuing the ISCIR technical license).
  • Minimum age of 18 years on the official registry opening date.
* Medical examination services can be provided directly at the Expert Center clinic.

Education Level by Category

Minimum access requirements according to the national qualifications nomenclature:

Commercial Worker (N.C 5220.1.1): Minimum 8 grades completed (general middle school education).
Welder & Construction Electrician: Minimum 10 grades completed or vocational / trade school.
Forklift Operator (ISCIR): Minimum compulsory education at the time of graduation (8 or 10 grades).
* Diplomas issued abroad require a CNRED recognition certificate.
